How a Patent works

Structure: 3 selections → 3 singles + 3 doubles + 1 treble = 7 bets. Total stake is your unit stake × 7 (× 2 if each-way).

A Patent is a Trixie plus three singles, so even one winning selection pays back part of your outlay. It costs almost twice a Trixie for that extra cover. Every winning selection contributes to more lines, so returns build quickly if two or three come in.
